CAWS Operates from two community centres in the Blacktown Local Government Area. During COVID-19 there may be some changes to services, CAWS will continue to provide a takeaway service if a sit down meal is not possible.
LALOR PARK COMMUNITY HUB
38 Heffron Road, Lalor Park NSW 2147
CAWS provide healthy meals to anyone that attends the centre on Tuesday and Wednesday, doors are open from 9am and you can come for coffee and snacks, enjoy some company, meet new people and stay for lunch, or you can just pop in for lunch from 12.30pm.
On Thursdays CAWS provides food parcels to the local community, anyone who needs some help with food for the family can turn up and get something to take home.
Our Head Office is located in this centre, you can call in or make an appointment to talk to one of our workers by calling 9893 8210.
1st Saturday of each month Lalor Park Community Hub holds a local market from 8am – 2pm. You can pick up some real bargains. CAWS stall sells Jewellery and other items made by our participants, CAWS friends and the local community.
LETHBRIDGE PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE

Lethbridge Community Centre is a hive of activity Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 3pm. Locals come in for a coffee and a chat, enjoy meeting people from their neighbourhood and participate in activities like knitting groups, working in the community garden and arts and crafts.
It’s a great place to meet new friends and to come up with ideas for activities, Jenny is our friendly CAWS worker at both sites and she loves to hear about ideas for fun things to do to help the community.
Mondays and Wednesdays they make a healthy and yummy lunch for everyone to share, Friday depends on the availability of donated food, but if you are hungry Jenny will make sure you get something good to eat. Food to take home is available each day and you can order cheap hampers of fresh meat and veggies once a week.
